RatioGo is a largely on-device currency converter. We process only what is needed to run the service and do not sell your personal information.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app RatioGo by MeihuaGold and its help pages at help.meihuagold.com/huilv. Using the app means you agree to this policy.
No account is required. We do not collect government IDs or card numbers through the app.
Information we may process
- On-device preferences: language, last currencies/amount, wallet settings stored in UserDefaults.
- Rate caches: ECB XML reference and history fetched from huilv.meihuagold.com may be cached locally.
- Network access: required to sync reference rates; we do not monitor your personal browsing history.
- Diagnostics: if allowed by the system/you, de-identified crash or usage signals may help improve stability.
What we do not proactively collect
- Government ID numbers or full legal identity documents
- Phone numbers; email only if you contact us
- Bank/credit-card numbers (any App Store billing is handled by Apple)
- Precise location, contacts, photos or microphone access
This version does not use Sign in with Apple and does not require registration.
How we use information
We do not sell or rent personal information or use your FX queries for third-party ad targeting.

Storage & security
Most data stays on your iPhone; rate source files are cached on our Cloudflare edge. Transport uses HTTPS. Uninstalling usually removes local preferences and caches.
Third-party services
- Apple: App Store distribution and system features such as widgets.
- European Central Bank (ECB): public reference-rate data.
- Cloudflare / huilv.meihuagold.com: caches and serves rate XML—not used to build a personal profile about you.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. Contact info@meihuagold.com with concerns.
Your rights
You can restrict network access, clear app data or uninstall. To exercise rights under applicable law regarding this policy, email info@meihuagold.com.
Policy changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here or in-app with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
International transfers
Edge caches and help servers may be outside your country/region. By using the app you understand such transfers; we take reasonable protective measures.
