This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app Gold Pattern (黄金形态通) by MeihuaGold and its help pages at help.meihuagold.com/gold. We explain what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Information we collect

• Market & content data: XAUUSD, London gold, COMEX quotes, candlesticks, pattern-learning text and AI module content from our servers; may be cached on device.
• Sign in with Apple: After verifying the identity token we may store user id, optional email/nickname and locale for settings and membership sync.
• On-device preferences: Language, timezone, EMA params, quote colors, push toggles in UserDefaults.
• Push & widgets: Pattern/struct alert preferences stay on device; Home Screen widgets and Watch tab simulationss read cached quotes only.
• Diagnostics: Crash logs or anonymous usage stats (if enabled) to improve stability—no brokerage or fund data.

3. How we use information

• Display gold/silver quotes, charts, pattern learning and AI modules (Struct, Trend, Smart, VCP, etc.).
• Deliver push alerts, optional Telegram Bot linking, and Watch-side simulations.
• Maintain accounts, membership and cross-device settings.
• Improve performance, fix bugs and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or use your quote browsing for third-party ad targeting.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on your iOS device and on MeihuaGold secure servers. We use HTTPS, access controls and industry-standard safeguards. Quote caches may refresh or clear periodically. Uninstalling the app typically removes local prefs and cache.

5. Third-party services

• Apple: App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, APNs push, CloudKit (if used) are governed by Apple's policies.
• Telegram: If you opt in to the Bot, tokens and subscription prefs follow Telegram's rules.
• Market data vendors: We receive public quotes from financial data providers; we do not share your identity with them.

6. Children's privacy

Gold Pattern is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact info@meihuagold.com if you believe we have, and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

• Adjust language, push and privacy settings in the app.
• Manage subscriptions and refunds via your Apple account.
• Request access, correction or deletion of account-linked data at info@meihuagold.com.
• Where applicable law grants them, you may have portability, restriction or objection rights.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on this help site with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.

9. International transfers

MeihuaGold operations may involve servers and processing in China and/or other countries. By using the app you consent to cross-border transfers protected by this policy and applicable law.
