1. Introduction

This policy applies to the iOS app FX Pattern by MeihuaGold (contact: info@meihuagold.com) and help pages at help.meihuagold.com/fx. Using the app means you agree.

2. Information we collect

• Apple account: after verifying the Sign in with Apple identity token, identifier, optional email/nickname, and language for settings, trial, and Premium.
• Device and app: model, iOS version, app version.
• Diagnostics: crash logs or anonymized stats (if enabled).
• Quotes: EURUSD/GBPUSD/USDJPY and charts from servers; local cache. We do not monitor your personal browsing.
• Subscription: Premium status via Apple (no card numbers stored by us).

4. Use — no sale

Data is used only to deliver quotes, candlesticks, TURN/SYNM, Structure/Trend/Smart, and study alerts; verify Premium; improve stability; and keep the service secure. We do not sell or rent personal data or use quote browsing for targeted advertising.

5. Storage and HTTPS

Settings and caches stay mostly on-device. Account and subscription state may live on MeihuaGold servers. Encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Third parties

• Apple: App Store, Sign in with Apple, APNs, and subscriptions.
• Market-data vendors: authorized FX quotes; we do not share your identity with them.

7. Children under 13

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect their data. Contact info@meihuagold.com.

8. Your rights

Adjust language, push, and privacy in-app; manage subscriptions via Apple; request access, correction, or deletion at info@meihuagold.com. Applicable law may include portability, restriction, or objection.

9. Changes and international transfers

We may update this policy (notice in-app or here). Servers may be outside your country, including China or elsewhere. By using the app you understand those transfers; we take reasonable safeguards.
