• Apple: Sign in with Apple (token, ID, optional email) for settings, trial and Premium.
• Device: model, iOS, app version.
• Diagnostics: crashes or anonymised stats if enabled.
• Quotes: WTI/Brent/gas cached locally; we do not watch your personal browsing.
• Subscription: Premium status via Apple (no cards on our side).

Data delivers quotes and study tools, verifies Premium, and keeps the app stable and secure. We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and HTTPS

Settings mostly on-device; account/subscription may sit on MeihuaGold servers. Transport via HTTPS.

6. Third parties

• Apple: App Store, Sign in with Apple, APNs.
• Data vendors: energy quotes; we do not pass them your identity.

7. Children under 13

Not directed at children under 13. Email info@meihuagold.com if you believe we collected a child’s data in error.

8. Your rights

Adjust the app; manage subscriptions via Apple; request access, correction or deletion at info@meihuagold.com. Australian Privacy Principles and, where relevant, portability rights apply.

9. Changes and transfers

We may update this policy. Servers may be outside Australia. Using the app means you understand those transfers; we take reasonable safeguards.
